General Rules

6 rules

Treat all players and staff with respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and toxicity will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This applies to in-game chat, voice, Discord, and all community platforms.

Use common sense in all situations. If something seems like it would be against the rules, it probably is. When in doubt, ask a staff member before proceeding.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, duplication methods, or unintended mechanics is strictly prohibited. Report any bugs you discover to the staff team immediately through the report system.

Using information obtained outside of your character's knowledge in roleplay is not allowed. This includes information from Discord, streams, other characters, or any out-of-character source.

The use of any cheats, hacks, mods, macros, or unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited. This includes aim assist, speed hacks, money exploits, and visual modifications that provide gameplay advantages.

Trading in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate permanent ban for all parties involved.

Roleplay Rules

6 rules

You must remain in character at all times while in the game world. Use /ooc or /b for out-of-character communication. Breaking character repeatedly or unnecessarily will result in warnings.

Your character must value their life realistically. Do not engage in reckless behavior when your life is clearly in danger, such as running from someone holding you at gunpoint or attempting to fight multiple armed assailants.

If your character dies and respawns at the hospital, they forget all events leading up to their death. You cannot return to the area of your death for 30 minutes or seek revenge on those involved.

Attacking or killing other players without a valid roleplay reason is prohibited. There must be a logical narrative and prior interaction behind every violent confrontation.

Forcing actions on other players without giving them a fair chance to respond is prohibited. You must not perform unrealistic actions that your character could not physically do, and must always allow others the opportunity to react.

Maintain a reasonable standard of roleplay. One-line /me actions, unrealistic scenarios, fail-RP, and low-effort interactions may result in warnings. Strive for immersive, detailed roleplay at all times.

Character Rules

4 rules

Characters must be realistic and believable. No famous people, fictional characters, meme names, or troll identities. Your character should have a plausible backstory and personality grounded in reality.

Each of your characters must be completely separate. They cannot share money, items, vehicles, properties, or information. No transferring assets between your own characters or using one character's knowledge on another.

Permanent character kills (CK) require admin approval or specific faction leadership decisions. Your character's story matters, and permadeath should be meaningful and agreed upon.

All characters must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions. Characters must not be depicted as minors in any context.

🚗

Vehicle Rules

4 rules

Drive realistically for the situation and vehicle type. Repeatedly driving at maximum speed through the city, taking sports cars off-road, or performing stunts without RP context is not acceptable.

Using your vehicle as a weapon to intentionally run over, ram, or kill other players without a valid roleplay reason is strictly prohibited. Vehicles are transportation, not weapons.

Stealing vehicles requires proper roleplay. You must roleplay the process of breaking into and hotwiring the vehicle. Simply entering and driving away is not acceptable.

Store your vehicles in appropriate locations. Do not leave vehicles blocking roads, entrances, emergency services, or public areas. Abandoned vehicles may be impounded.

🏠

Property Rules

3 rules

Properties must be used for their intended purpose. Residential properties are for living, commercial properties are for businesses. Using properties solely to hoard items or circumvent game mechanics is not allowed.

Raiding a player's property requires a minimum number of police online, proper roleplay justification, and must follow the established raid procedures. Random house break-ins without RP context are not allowed.

Players may own a reasonable number of properties. Excessive property hoarding that prevents other players from purchasing may result in admin intervention and forced sales.

💰

Criminal Rules

5 rules

There must be a minimum number of police online before engaging in serious criminal activity such as armed robberies, kidnappings, or large-scale drug operations. Check the current requirements with /policeonline.

Taking hostages requires valid roleplay reasoning and buildup. Random kidnapping without context is not allowed. Hostage situations must be roleplayed thoroughly with demands and negotiation.

In-character scamming is allowed up to a reasonable monetary limit. However, scamming new players, exploiting out-of-character trust, or scamming through game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

Drug production and distribution must be roleplayed realistically. Mass production without proper setup, selling openly in public, or using drugs solely as a money-making exploit is not acceptable.

Gang territories, wars, and operations must have proper roleplay buildup and justification. Mass shootings, drive-bys, or attacks without RP context will be treated as RDM.

⚖️

Admin Rules

3 rules

Admin decisions are final during active situations. If you disagree with a ruling, remain calm and respectful, then file a formal appeal through the proper channels after the situation has concluded.

Use the in-game /report system or community forums to report rule breakers. Do not take matters into your own hands, engage in vigilante justice, or break rules in retaliation. Provide evidence when possible.

Banned players may appeal through the official forum. Appeals must be honest, respectful, and demonstrate a genuine understanding of what was done wrong and how behavior will change.

Important Notice

These rules are subject to change at any time. Staff members reserve the right to enforce the spirit of these rules, even if a specific situation is not explicitly covered. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. It is your responsibility to stay up to date.
