Businesses Overview

Businesses (called "companies" in-game) are player-owned. You don't need admin approval, you don't need a special property — you just pay a fee and your company exists. You get your own company bank account, can hire employees, set salaries, buy business licenses, and run shipping contracts.

Everything is done through one command: /company. That opens the management panel once you have a company. If you don't have one yet, it tells you how to create one.

Starting a Company

Here's how to set one up from scratch:

  1. Type /company create — this opens the application form.
  2. Pick your company type (see the table below). This decides how many members you can have and what the structure looks like.
  3. Enter a company name (3 to 64 characters, must be unique).
  4. Pick a brand colour (hex code).
  5. Choose at least one business license. Each license costs money — you pay for them up front along with the formation fee.
  6. Hit submit. The total cost (formation fee + license fees) is taken from your cash. Done.

Your company bank account is created automatically. You're added as the top rank (Owner, Partner, or CEO depending on the type).

Tip

You can buy more licenses later through the company management panel. Later purchases are paid from the company bank, not your pocket.

Company Types

There are four types. The main differences are cost, max members, and rank structure.

TypeCostMax MembersRanks
Sole Proprietorship$2261Owner
Partnership$5465Partner, Associate
LLC$2,07010Owner, Director, Manager, Employee
Corporation$3,90025CEO, Director, Manager, Supervisor, Employee

Higher ranks get more permissions — inviting members, kicking, promoting, accessing the bank, accessing the stash, and using fleet vehicles. Low-rank employees can usually only use company vehicles and (in some types) the stash.

Business Licenses

You need at least one license to form a company. Here are all the available licenses and what they cost:

LicenseCost
General Retail$250
Food Service$500
Towing Operator$750
Professional$800
Manufacturing$1,000
Charter Carrier$1,200
Contractor$1,500
Entertainment Venue$1,500
Logistics$1,500
Import/Export$2,000
Private Security$2,000
Liquor License$2,500
Auto Dealer$3,000
Healthcare$3,500
Real Estate$5,000
Firearms Dealer$5,000
Important

The Logistics license is required if you want your company to do shipping contracts (the main way companies earn automated income). Without it, you can't access shipping jobs.

Managing Your Company

Once your company exists, type /company to open the management panel. From there you can see your members, ranks, bank, licenses, stash, and fleet all in one place.

Inviting and Kicking Members

Use /companyinvite [name or id] to invite someone. They join at the lowest rank. Use /companykick [name or id] to remove someone. You need the right rank permissions to do either of these.

Promoting Members

Use /companyrank [name or id] [rank level] to set someone's rank. Each rank has a level number — higher number means more power.

Company Chat

Type /co [message] to talk in company chat. Only online company members can see these messages.

Company Stash

A shared storage for items. Any member with stash access can deposit and withdraw from anywhere — no physical location needed.

  • /companystash deposit [item] [qty] — put items in
  • /companystash withdraw [item] [qty] — take items out
  • /companystash list — see what's in there

Vehicle Fleet

You can register vehicles to the company. Sit in a vehicle and use /companyfleet add to register it. Use /companyfleet remove to unregister. Only Directors (rank level 7+) can add or remove fleet vehicles. All members with vehicle permissions can use fleet vehicles.

Leaving or Dissolving

  • /companyleave — leave the company (non-owners only)
  • /company transfer [name or id] — hand ownership to another member
  • /company delete — dissolve the company entirely. Whatever's in the company bank gets refunded to you in cash. Fleet vehicles are unregistered.

Company Bank

Every company has its own bank account, created automatically when you form the company. Money goes in and out through these commands:

  • /companybank deposit [amount] — put your cash into the company bank
  • /companybank withdraw [amount] — take cash out of the company bank
  • /companybank balance — check the balance and account number
  • /companybank log — see the last 15 transactions

The company bank is also where payroll and shipping revenue go. If you dissolve the company, whatever's left in the bank goes back to the owner as cash.

Payroll

You can set hourly salaries for each rank. Every real-time hour, the server automatically pays every member their salary from the company bank.

  • /companysalary [rank level] [amount] — set the hourly pay for a rank (owner only)
  • Salary range: $0 to $100,000 per hour
  • If the company bank can't cover the total payroll, nobody gets paid that hour and the owner gets a notification
Tip

Keep an eye on your company bank balance. If payroll fails because you're broke, your employees get nothing and you'll hear about it.

Shipping Contracts

This is the main way a company earns automated income. You need the Logistics license for this to work.

  1. Get in a company fleet vehicle (must be registered to your company's fleet).
  2. Type /shipping to see available contracts.
  3. Accept a contract and complete the multi-stop delivery route.
  4. On completion, the payment is split — you keep your cut, and a percentage goes straight into the company bank.

The company cut is set by the owner through the management panel (0% to 50%). So if the cut is 30% and a delivery pays $1,000, you get $700 and the company bank gets $300.

Drug Labs Overview

Drug labs are illegal production facilities owned by factions. You can't buy one yourself — your faction has to have one set up. Once it exists, any faction member can walk in, use the equipment, and start producing drugs.

Labs are physical locations in the world. When you enter one, you get teleported into a private interior that only your faction can access. Inside, you use the lab UI to manage equipment, start production jobs, and collect finished product.

Illegal Activity

Drug production is illegal in-game. If law enforcement finds out, there are consequences. Roleplay accordingly.

Entering a Lab

  1. Go to your faction's lab location (it shows up as a marker in the world).
  2. Stand within 3 metres of the entrance marker.
  3. Type /enterlab.
  4. You get teleported inside. To leave, type /exitlab.

Once inside, type /lab to open the lab management panel. This shows you everything — installed equipment, active production jobs, available recipes, and the lab's hourly production limit.

Equipment

Before you can produce anything, the lab needs the right equipment installed. Equipment comes as items — you need to have them in your inventory, then install them through the lab UI.

Here's every piece of equipment:

EquipmentUsed For
Grow TentGrowing weed, coca, and poppy plants
Drying RackDrying raw cannabis
Chemical Processing SetProcessing coca leaves, extracting morphine, refining cocaine and heroin
Cook StationCooking meth
Pill PressPressing MDMA pills
Lab Glassware SetCooking meth, purifying meth, synthesizing and purifying MDMA
Hydraulic PressPackaging cocaine and heroin
Wear and Tear

Equipment degrades by 5% every time it's used in a production run. When it hits 0%, it breaks and you need to install a replacement. Keep spares in your faction stash.

Production Steps

Making drugs is a multi-step process. You start with raw materials (seeds, chemicals), run them through a production stage, wait for the timer, then collect the output. Each drug has 3 or 4 stages.

Here's how it works step by step:

  1. Get materials — you need the right seeds or chemicals in your inventory. These aren't sold in shops — you get them through faction activities.
  2. Open the lab UI — type /lab while inside the lab.
  3. Pick a recipe and stage — select what you want to produce. The UI shows you what inputs are needed and what equipment is required.
  4. Start the job — if you have the materials and the equipment is installed, hit produce. Your materials are consumed immediately.
  5. Wait — production takes real time (3 to 15 minutes depending on the stage). You don't have to stay online.
  6. Collect — when the timer finishes, open the lab UI and collect your output. It goes into your inventory.
  7. Repeat — feed the output into the next stage until you have the final packaged product.
Tip

You don't have to stay in the lab or even stay online while production runs. Start a job, go do other things, come back when it's done.

Limits & Risks

  • Hourly limit — each lab can only produce 10 jobs per hour. The counter resets every 60 minutes. If you hit the cap, you have to wait.
  • Equipment breaks — every production run degrades equipment by 5%. At 0% it's broken and needs replacing.
  • Materials are consumed immediately — the moment you start a job, your input materials are gone. There are no refunds if something goes wrong.
  • Faction only — you must be a member of the faction that owns the lab. No solo labs.
  • Inventory space — if your inventory is full when you try to collect, it fails. Make room first.
